HOW MY BLOG STARTED

In May 2020 I decided to raise awareness of my Cystic Fibrosis for CF Awareness Month on Instagram. It was a great success and from there I thought I would continue to share my thoughts and experiences which is why I created Lous Lucky Lungs 
I've always been open about my CF and I if I can help just one person to have a better understanding of CF and those who fight it then I'll be happy :)
